Custom design is all about transforming your ideas into stunning reality. Whether you want to tweak an existing engagement ring with gemstone accents or reimagine a piece of jewelry you no longer wear or inherited, you've come to the right place!
Our Custom Process in 4 Easy Steps:
1. It Starts with a Conversation.
We'll sit down with you to understand your vision, style, and preferences. This is where we get a feel for what you’re looking for and might even sketch out some ideas together. Bring your ideas, photos and even your drawings. Once we’re confident we understand your vision, we will move to the next step.
2. Now It’s Time for a CAD.
We bring your ideas to life using our state-of-the-art CAD (computer assisted design) system. You'll see your piece from various angles, detailing the form, shape, gemstone positions, and textures. At this point, you can make any adjustments to ensure your piece is just right.
3. Time to Cast and Finish.
Your custom piece is ready to be cast in your chosen precious metal. Once cast, we carefully assemble and set each stone that you have selected. Your jewelry is then meticulously finished—whether you prefer a high polish, brushed, satin, or another unique finish. We inspect it thoroughly to ensure every detail exceeds your expectations.
4. The Final Part: Delivery.
This is our favorite part! When you see your final creation and we see that smile on your face, it’s all worth it. Every piece has a story, a history, and a future. We take the time and care to make sure it’s absolutely perfect.
